This Intellectual Property Policy explains how Pernokid protects its own intellectual property and respects the intellectual property rights of others. By accessing or using the services available at reutars.pro, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
1. Ownership of Platform Content
All content published on the Pernokid platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video recordings, audio tracks, course materials, instructional guides, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Pernokid or its licensed content contributors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret protections.
No content from this platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written authorization from Pernokid.
2. Trademarks and Brand Identity
The name Pernokid, the associated logo, and any product or service names displayed on this platform are trademarks or service marks owned by Pernokid. These marks may not be used in connection with any third-party product or service, in any manner likely to cause confusion, or in any way that disparages or discredits Pernokid.
Any other trademarks appearing on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Such use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
3. User-Generated Content
3.1 Ownership by Users
Users retain ownership of original content they create and submit to the platform, such as comments, feedback submissions, and community contributions. By submitting content, users grant Pernokid a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform.
3.2 Prohibited Submissions
Users must not upload, post, or transmit content that:
- Infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contains material obtained without proper authorization from the rights holder
- Violates any applicable law or contractual obligation
- Includes unlicensed proprietary software, algorithms, or trade secrets
Pernokid reserves the right to remove any content that is believed to infringe third-party intellectual property rights, without prior notice to the submitting user.
4. License to Use Platform Services
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Pernokid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
- Download, copy, or archive course materials beyond what is explicitly permitted by the platform
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform or its content
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any platform component
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content or data from the platform
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
5. Copyright Infringement Claims
5.1 Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content available on the Pernokid platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notification to our team. Your notification should include the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed
- A description of the specific content on our platform that you believe is infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of applicable law, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature

5.2 Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you submitted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed content and its location prior to removal, a statement made under applicable law that the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature.
5.3 Repeat Infringers
Pernokid maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Determinations are made at the sole discretion of Pernokid.
6. Third-Party Content and Links
The platform may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or resources. Pernokid does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property and makes no representations about such content. Use of third-party resources is subject to those parties' respective terms and intellectual property policies.
7. Confidential and Proprietary Information
Platform subscribers and course participants may, in the course of using the services, encounter proprietary methodologies, techniques, or instructional frameworks developed by Pernokid or its instructors. Such materials are confidential and may not be reproduced, shared, or publicly disclosed without prior written consent from Pernokid.
8. Modifications to This Policy
Pernokid reserves the right to update or modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
